What information should I send?
Send your date, group size and hotel or cruise ship. To make a booking, we may also need your full name, email, phone number and pickup details.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your provider must accept the booking, send written confirmation and receive any payment or deposit required at that stage. A message or quote alone does not reserve a spot.
How do payment and deposits work?
